A major advantage

Our Prefabricated / Modular Building systems offer over conventional brick and mortar is the speed at which they can be constructed, therefore alleviating the shortage of much needed classroom space in a much shorter time.

We use local labour and skills

This goes a long way to assist all in the local community as their labour and services are used in the projects’ associated earthworks and civil works.

Where required we supply and install all the required pin boards, chalk boards, white boards, desks, office furniture, fire extinguishers and as-built documentation.

Learners and local community reap the rewards of our process.  Faster access to their education process.

Before and during the construction process much interaction takes place between Hi-Way Parkhomes as the supplier / manufacturer / contractor and the local community.

Social upliftment and skills transfer in the area is also of vital importance when embarking on these community-based projects.
